1) FIRST STEP 

Go to your phpmyadmin and add this through SQL :

ALTER TABLE fusion_photo_albums ADD album_sub1 MEDIUMINT(7) NOT NULL

2) SECOND STEP

Upload the content of 'subalbumsv7/' to the required folders 

3) YOU'RE DONE !!!
