Description
An upgrade to the PHP-Fusion discussion forum that adds a lot of functionality to your existing forums.
It includes:

• Switch between the default PHP-Fusion thread view, and a new vBulletin-style view
• New warning system
  • Warns user via PM when they get a warning
  • Auto-bans user when their warning level hits the max
• New medal/award system
  • Rewritten admin panel
  • Fixed many bugs, made it localized
• Rank system
  • Easy-to-use admin panel that you can use to set up ranks
  • Upload rank images/pips via panel
  • Give admins/super admins/mods/usergroups their own ranks
• FusionBoard Control
  • Lets you turn off different features
  • Switch between old Fusion and vBulletin thread views
• Subforums
• Forum icons
  • Doesn't replace the "new post" icon on forum list
• Advanced forum rights management
  • Manage which forums users can post threads
  • Disallow users from editing/deleting their threads or posts
• Print thread - optimizes printing of forum threads
• New BB codes
  • [geshi] - a syntax highlighter. Supports 56 code languages
  • [google] - links a keywork to a google search
  • [user] - makes a link to a user profile
  • [hidden] - hides text from guests

Installation Instructions
For new users:
1) Upload all of the files in "php-files" to the root of your PHP-Fusion site
2) Infuse the "Fboard Control", "Wob Rank System", and "Medal System" infusions by going to Admin Panel > Settings Admin > Infusions
3) Then browse to http://yoursite.com/forum/install/
4) Enjoy!

For existing users:
1) Upload all of the files in "php-files" to the root of your PHP-Fusion site
2) Infuse the "Fboard Control" and "Medal System" infusions by going to Admin Panel > Settings Admin > Infusions
3) Then browse to http://yoursite.com/forum/upgrade_to_3-0.php
4) Enjoy!
